These policies are enforced to maintain the integrity of the experience for all of our guests. Please read carefully.
We understand that many things may come up that would cause the need for last minute appointment changes.
In order to be fair to all of our valued clients, these policies are enforced in all situations.

Due to the nature of our appointment based business, we enforce a cancellation policy for all appointments.
We request 24 hours notice for all appointment changes & modifications.
This includes rescheduling your appointment to another date and/or time.
Our booking system sends out multiple email and text reminders as a courtesy. Clients may adjust notification settings at anytime.
Appointments booked same day are not exempt to these policies.
Changes to your appointment can be made through the online booking system, from your confirmation email - or by notifying the spa directly via phone, text, or email.
Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice of the appointment will result in service fees, charged automatically to the card held on file.
Same day cancellations are subject to 50% of the total appointment.
Cancellations within 3 hours are subject to 95% of the total appointment.
These charges are fees that do not apply to future services.
Failure to arrive to your appointment without notice will result in a 95% charge, and may affect the ability to schedule future visits.
In the event the card on file is declined, service fees are required to be paid in full prior to scheduling another appointment.
A repeated pattern of excessive rescheduling or cancellations for the same appointment will result in requiring a non refundable deposit, or being available for a walk in basis only.

Our appointments run on time as scheduled. Please plan to arrive early to ensure your fill treatment.
We have a 5 minute grace period for all appointments.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late to confirm if we are still able to accommodate the appointment.
Clients more than 5-10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and will be responsible for payment of 95% of the appointment amount.
While we make our best efforts to accommodate, we can not guarantee services to late arrivals.
Some services may need to be shortened or omitted in order to accommodate the time frame allotted for the appointment. Clients are still responsible for payment of the full services booked.
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to your appointment to secure parking downtown.

We require each client to retain a valid credit card on file for all appointment reservations in accordance with our cancellation policies.
Additionally, each guest is requested to complete a new client consultation form and signed policy agreement.
We operate mainly by appointment only, and can rarely accommodate “walk ins”. Please call for last minute availability (248) 260-7023.
Last minute appointments are subject to all spa policies.

We kindly ask that you silence your devices and refrain from all cell phone use while in the spa and for the duration of your treatment.

We do offer brow and lounge facial services to guests 13+.
Browe Skin & Brow Bar requires signed parental consent for all clients under the age of 18, and clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their appointment.
Spa facial services and lash lifts are available to clients 18+ only, no exceptions.

As this is a spa setting, minor guests are not permitted at your appointment. This includes infants in carriers, or any other children not receiving services.
Your appointment is designed to be an escape, and we adhere to this policy to maintain the integrity of the experience for all of our guests.

All transactions are considered final sale. No refunds will be offered on services performed due to the use of time and resources. We can not offer refunds or exchanges on products due to sanitation regulations.
If you have a concern about a product or service please contact the spa as soon as possible.

Brōwe Skin + Brow Bar LLC reserves the right to refuse services for any reason. We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of harassment, inappropriate, or rude behavior towards our staff and guests.
Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be serviced.

Gratuity is optional but accepted - and appreciated! - for your service provider.
Gratuities may be accepted via credit card, however cash is preferred due to increasing processing fees.
If you are paying via gift card, you may use the balance towards gratuity.
